Immico is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Butcher as Business Development Manager, marking a strong and strategic start to 2026 as the company looks to accelerate growth and expand its presence across key markets.
Nick joins Immico with a wealth of experience gained from senior commercial and technical-facing roles at globally recognised organisations, including Fortescue Zero, May & Scofield, and Bosch UK. His background spans complex supply chains, engineering-led businesses, and high-performance industrial environments. Making him a strong fit for Immico’s specialist thermal management offering.
As Business Development Manager, Nick will focus on strengthening existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities across motorsport, automotive, marine, commercial, and emerging industrial sectors. His role will be central to supporting customers earlier in the development cycle, ensuring Immico continues to deliver technically robust, reliable, and scalable insulation and heatshield solutions.
Nick’s experience working within large, structured organisations brings a valuable perspective as Immico continues to grow. Having operated in businesses where quality, compliance, and performance are non-negotiable, he understands the importance of aligning commercial growth with operational excellence. A principle that closely matches Immico’s values.

Speaking on his appointment, Nick commented:
“I’m excited to be joining Immico at a time where the business has built a strong technical reputation and is clearly ready for the next phase of growth. The company has an impressive capability in thermal management, and I’m looking forward to working closely with customers to help them solve real-world challenges while supporting Immico’s long-term ambitions.”
The appointment reflects Immico’s commitment to investing in its people and structure as demand for advanced thermal management solutions continues to increase. With customers facing tighter packaging constraints, higher temperatures, and greater performance expectations, Immico sees business development as a critical link between engineering, manufacturing, and customer success.
Founder and Managing Director Stuart Thorp added:
“Nick’s experience within large, high-performing organisations brings a level of commercial insight and professionalism that will be hugely beneficial as we scale. He understands how to work with engineering-led customers and complex projects, which aligns perfectly with where Immico is heading.”
If you’ve got an upcoming project you’d like to discuss, or you’re exploring ways to improve thermal performance on an existing application, Nick would be happy to chat. He’s already working closely with customers across our sectors and would love to hear about what you’re developing.
Feel free to get in touch via the website or reach out to Nick directly to start the conversation.
