SILICA NEEDLEMAT
Silica Needlemat offers reliable thermal protection for temperatures up to 1050°C. It’s highly manufacturing-friendly and delivers exceptional performance, ensuring consistent results over extended periods. This makes it both a great and affordable choice for a wide range of applications.
Available in thicknesses of 3mm, 6mm, 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm, it provides versatile insulation options to suit various needs.

MICROPOROUS
Microporous panels are engineered with a unique formulation that blends filament-reinforced pyrogenic silica (alumina for the 1200°C grade), offering exceptional thermal insulation properties. This inner filamet in sandwhiched between two outer layers of glass cloth for added handling convenience. These layers help protect the material during installation and transportation but are sacrificial in nature, meaning their durability can be compromised when exposed to high temperatures. With a temperature tolerance of up to 1050°C, microporous offers extremely low thermal conductivity, making it the ideal solution for applications requiring peak performance in thermal management. Their superior insulating capabilities make them especially effective in high-performance industries where space is limited and efficiency is key.
