FLATBED LASER CUTTING

A high-precision 1.5kW fibre laser is utilised, capable of accurately cutting stainless steel from 0.1mm up to 4mm in thickness. Exceptional results can be achieved on micro-thin materials, making the process ideal for intricate and detail-critical components.

Parts are cut on a 1300 x 900mm bed, and with advanced nesting capabilities, both high-volume production runs and one-off prototypes can be efficiently processed.

Compressed air or nitrogen can be used as assist gases
